Account and technical help

We can help with sign-in, account access, appointments, app features, subscriptions, and technical issues. Please include your device model, app version, and a short description of the problem.

Do not email passwords, verification codes, payment card details, or sensitive medical records. If you attach a screenshot, hide personal and health information first.

Privacy and account requests

For privacy questions or an account deletion request, email the same address. Our team may need to verify that you own the account.
